Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of masteranswerwriting.com, operated by Archit Kumar, sole proprietor, trading as ASPA Techworks. Using the service means you accept them.

What Master Answer Writing is, and is not

Master Answer Writing evaluates practice answers for the UPSC Civil Services and UPPCS Mains examinations and returns a mark, parameter scores and written feedback.

• We are not affiliated with the UPSC, the UPPCS, or any state public service commission. We are not endorsed by them and we do not act on their behalf.
• A mark from Master Answer Writing is an estimate, not a prediction. Marking is calibrated against published outcomes and is deliberately strict, but it is one examiner’s reading of one answer. It does not forecast your result, and no outcome in any examination is promised or implied.
• Feedback is generated with the assistance of AI. We check it against a fixed marking standard and verify factual additions before showing them, but you should confirm anything you intend to reproduce in an examination hall.

Your account

• One account per person. Your verified mobile number is your identity.
• Keep access to that number secure. Anyone who can receive your login code can sign in as you.
• Do not create additional accounts to collect signup credits more than once. We can see this, and we reverse it.

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid means of using the service. They are not money, not a deposit, and cannot be transferred, sold or withdrawn as cash.
• Your balance is the sum of an append-only ledger. Every grant, spend, refund and expiry is recorded and visible to you in your wallet.
• The cost of any action is shown before it is charged.
• Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase. Free and earned credits expire sooner; the expiry is shown in your wallet, and we warn you before it happens.
• If an evaluation fails, or takes longer than our stated limit, the credits are refunded automatically. You do not have to ask.

Your answers

• You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and evaluate it, and to show it back to you.
• Submit your own work. Do not upload someone else’s answer sheet, or copyrighted material you have no right to share.
• Questions you paste are private to your account and are not added to our public question bank.
• Illegible pages are blocked before any credit is spent. There is no override — marking what we cannot read would produce a number with nothing behind it.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another user’s answers, questions or account.
• Do not automate submissions, scrape the service, or resell evaluations.
• Do not use the service to generate answers for commercial coaching material.

We may suspend an account that does these things, and we will say why. Unspent purchased credits are refundable in that case unless the abuse was financial.

Availability

We aim to return an evaluation within sixty seconds, and we treat a breach of that as our failure, not yours — it triggers an automatic refund. Beyond that we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as-is.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for examination outcomes, for decisions you take based on feedback, or for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
