Optional papers
The optional is 500 marks — a bigger slice of your Mains total than any GS paper — and the hardest to get checked. GS-trained evaluators wave at it; subject mentors are expensive and slow. So most optional answers are never marked at all.
Paste any optional question — PSIR, Geography, Sociology, History, or anything else — and a marking standard is generated for it first: the model points, thinkers, case studies and data a top answer must carry. Optional answers fail differently from GS: a PSIR answer without thinkers, a Geography answer without a diagram or case region, a History answer without historiography. The generated yardstick memo encodes what your specific question demands — and it is frozen, so a re-attempt faces the same bar.

Bands are anchored to real outcomes — the All-India topper scored 86/250 in a GS paper. A platform that hands you 8/10 is selling comfort and costing you a year.

Any subject you can paste a question from. PSIR, Geography, Sociology and History have curated PYQs with hand-checked standards; every other subject works through paste-your-own-question, with the standard generated and frozen before marking.
The marking standard is built per question, and it demands what that subject demands — named thinkers for PSIR, models and case regions for Geography, historiographical debate for History. Generic 'add examples' feedback is exactly what we built this to avoid.
